  • Take exit 194B to merge onto I-105 W/OR-126 W toward Eugene
  • Continue to follow I-105 W
  • Continue onto Jefferson St
  • Turn left onto W 13th Ave
  • Take the 1st right onto Jefferson St
  • Turn left onto W 28th Ave
  • Follow jog in road to W. 29th and look to left for McKenzie Manor sign and flags.
  • Arrive at McKenzie Manor Living Center on the left

From the West (Florence, OR)

  • Head west on 18th St toward US-101 S
  • Take the 1st left onto US-101 S
  • Turn left onto OR-126 E/Florence-Eugene Hwy
  • Turn right onto OR-126 E/Rte F (signs for State Hwy 126)
  • Continue to follow OR-126 E
  • Turn right onto Garfield St
  • Take the 2nd left onto W 13th Ave
  • Turn right onto Jefferson St
  • Turn left onto W 28th Ave
  • Follow jog in road to W. 29th and look to left for McKenzie Manor sign and flags.
  • Arrive at McKenzie Manor living center on the left

From the South

  • Take I-5 N
  • Take the exit toward E 30th Ave
  • Turn left onto E 30th Ave
  • Continue onto Amazon Pkwy
  • Turn left onto E 29th Ave
  • Go through Willamette intersection with Market of Choice
  • Look to right for McKenzie Manor sign and flags.
  • Arrive at McKenzie Manor Living Center on the right

From the East

  • Take US-20 W
  • Turn left onto OR-126 E/Mc Kenzie Hwy
  • Turn right onto OR-126 W/Mc Kenzie Hwy. Continue to follow OR-126 W
  • Turn right to stay on OR-126 W
  • Continue onto I-105 W
  • Continue onto Jefferson St
  • Turn left onto W 13th Ave
